"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. Pedimos um quarto com sacada e o chuveiro do estava gelado, conversamos com o Carlos, extremamente educado que nos remeteu a outro quarto (sem sacada).
