We were recently there for one night March break. The service was excellent the rooms clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at night at the bar was so nice and kind. Definitely will be going back again.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
We stayed at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel. It was clean. The staff were kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa West
Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer.
