"I was skeptical at first, but the reviews were correct, this place is a little gem! The breakfast was fantastic (not a 5 start continental), but it was good. The rooms were clean and the price was right. I overheard the cleaning crew discussing the cleaning strategies and made sure everything was clean, even the mirrors! The staff was great, you can tell they like to work there. I would book again."

I cannot communicate in words, enough praise, and positive feedback to explain how helpful and empathetic she is with customers. I have been a frequent customer of the red roof Inn in Southborough/Worcester/Boston on Turnpike Road for several hundred previous occasions. Whenever I have a problem or issue with my booking, Siya has always worked with me to understand how bookings work, how to differentiate front desk bookings, RediReward bookings and third-party booking such as expedia.com and Hotels.com, and and has made compassionate efforts to help me book at the right times as well as use my bonus points to the greatest advantage. Beyond bookings, she has always provided professional and pleasant conversation at appropriate times in the front office; always remembering customers who are frequent guests by their first name. Furthermore, when I’ve asked if it’s possible, she has made available a hotel room corresponding with the building I prefer to stay in and the floor that is easier for me to carry my belongings, provided that I ask with an appropriate amount of advanced notice.
