It was an accessibility room. The light fixture and curtain fixtures did not work properly. Also, during check-in, I was not given a chocolate chip cookie. Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
very noisy, doors slam hard, very noisy other people staying there was in and out all night, party 2 doors down till 2am, worst coffee ever, breakfast was gone by 8am, will never stay there again
