The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service."

"As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10"
