"Clean room, staff was excellent, mini bar nicely stocked and not overpriced. Fantastic location, only drawback is there is no real lounge area outside where you arent directly on the street, but not uncommon for a boutique hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

I honestly would much rather stay in Laureles than El Poblado. This isnt fancy, but it everything I could have wanted. Great staff, a cafe for breakfst . Walking distance to cafes, dining and night life"

"We stayed one night so it served it's purpose. Bed was pretty comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning. Pros: good walkable location to parks and restaurants, room was clean. Cons: no luggage rack and safe did not work, big window was nice but only had automatic blinds that moved either up or down so the room was either dark or we're pretty sure folks across the street could see in. Breakfast was mainly eggs, plus a sad excuse for a fruit bowl, and coffee was mediocre. "
