"Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. "

"Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station and a mall including a grocery store. Rooms are lovely with gorgeous big windows showing the mountains and AC was perfect. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I do have to say the pillows were awful offer no support whatsoever. Did have an issue with housekeeping where personal items were moved (I.e clothes were put into my open luggage from a chair, medication also put into the luggage, and toothbrush being moved); do not appreciate the stress of having to look at all my things to make sure nothing was stolen since my personal things were moved around. Overall I do recommend."

The only problem I had with it was the fact that the rooms were so hot and the bed was rock hard, also the pillow was awful as well! It was very hard to get rest because of these factors, I will not recommend anyone staying there if you want to get good rest! If you prefer a harder bed this hotel is for you!"
