"Room was filthy. Light bulbs out. Hot water didnt work. Luckily the sheets were clean. The outside was discusting. Trash everywhere. Lawns not kept up. Really a trashy place "

"This was a basic motel that suited our needs just fine. I stayed here with my husband and two teenage children. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the motel. Overall, we didn't really have complaints, but I do want to point out a few things that we noticed that could be bothersome to other people. It seemed a little loud. Our room was next to a set of stairs and we could hear people thumping up and down them throughout our stay. We had a difficult time figuring out how to use the TV, but our family is technology impaired, so that was probably just an "us" problem. The rooms are small and some of the furnishings are outdated, but it is obvious that they work hard to keep everything clean and looking nice. The breakfast room is tiny and provides very few options. We each just grabbed a banana or an apple to take with us. I have never stayed in a Budget Motel before, and I assume that many of these things contribute to the lower cost of the rooms. If you don't care about the bells and whistles, but do value a clean place to stay, this motel would be a great choice. We would consider staying here again if we ever end up in the area."

"Room was clean, toilet was little kid size in room. Understaffed, breakfast was good but only saw one employee working and he couldn't keep up with demand. No towels in pool area, asked for more towels, due to staffing none were ever brought out. Decent place, great price just understaffed."
