Property run and operated by dedicated owners who wanted to and did help with anything. Staff excellent with same philosophy. Food fresh and original. A chef with a real talent and with a sense of humour. Location outstanding. Go before owners change, you're unlikely to see the like again.

1 star hotel in middle of nowhere
In general - Waste of your money in 1 star hotel in the middle of nowhere We came to the hotel at 9-10 PM.The location is pretty far from the Annecy Lake(don't count on a nice view) and the feeling like you're completely alone on the long dark road.After arriving ,finding the entrance(the front entrance was closed) and finding the key we finally entered the room. Well,first, we were welcomed by huge mosquitoes all around the ceiling. The room furniture and bedding were very used and old.The pillows were very small hardly fitting the child rather an adult.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.The bathroom is also very "shabby" and old with no soap in bath , only in the washbasin.The toilet sink malfunctioned and required a lot of efforts.The bath towels lost they color long time ago. No air conditioning in addition to the fact that you cannot open a window due to a huge number of mosquitoes ready to attack you from the outside. The owners are very unfriendly.The first question was when we're going to leave :)) No greetings - nothing. It doesn't worth the money you give for it.
