"We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city."

"Four major complaints 1. Communication was bad, we needed to communicate with three different numbers to gain access, and even then we were left waiting. 2. The apartment is a four story walk up through a dark stairwell 3. The apartment has no air conditioning and no good windows for ventilation. It is not usable on hot days. 4. We forgot quite a few items of clothing in a drawer in the apartment and notified them at 1pm on the day we checked out. They claim that nothing was found. We know it...

"This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

My largest complaint is that the shower would overflow into the apartment as the drain was likely very clogged. The first time this happened I let the contact for the property know. "The apartment was in a great location only a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was roomy and was a great place to relax away from the crowds in the middle of the day. Although we never saw the management, they were constantly in touch through WhatsAp. No problems at all with the apartment. Beds were comfortable. We stayed an extra day and the management was very accommodating."

Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."
