"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. "I have to say the staff at this hotel were so amazing! Very helpful the whole time and always greeting you when you come and go. They had all the answers when you need them! Loved them all! The hotel was very nice and clean I especially appreciated that. Nice and quiet for sleeping as well. 2 great restaurants right beside the building. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back any time I go back to the Milan area!! Also the breakfast was so good and had a huge variety everyday! It was 12 Euro but worth it! Loved it so much. "Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality.
Front desk staff were very professional, cordial and provided great service. Breakfast room service was prompt and very good.
Parking space was free end very convenient.
Location was very convenient for us visiting Monza and for Linate airport. There were many good restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks."
