The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables .

Wonderful Hotel with a View!
We really enjoyed our stay - the entire hotel has recently been remodeled, and the dinner and breakfast included were superb!

Wenn ich ein Superior-Zimmer buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass es etwas größer ist und sich von Economy unterscheidet. Wir konnten das im Vergleich leider nicht feststellen und haben trotz Nachfragen kein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Es blieb nur der Blick auf den Berg 😕 Auch die Sauna wurde erst 16 Uhr eingeschaltet, so dass man vor 17 Uhr nicht hingehen brauchte. Sehr gut war das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen! Abends sehr fein zubereitet und angerichtet. Die Bedienung sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Siamo stati in vacanza 12 giorni. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti dell'hotel, del servizio e...del cibo. Grandissima attenzione anche ai dettagli, soprattutto per la gestione delle intolleranze alimentari. È la prima volta che in Alto Adige chi è intollerante può mangiare (quasi) tutto. Hotel pet friendly. Posizione perfetta per accedere a tutte le gite. Sto pensando a cosa dire di negativo o almeno migliorabile ma non mi viene in mente niente.

Nice hotel. Staff super nice. Great food. They also have a nice spa, the only cons is there is only one person for treatments and it was impossible to book what we wished. Suggestion: spa is understaffed, I’m sure you can do better and make more money;)

Séjour globalement très réussi
L’hôtel est accessible à pied aux ballades côté Alpi di suisi mais aussi côté fiès. La partie neuve de l’hotel , qui inclus les chambres, est particulièrement réussie. La grande salle de restauration devrait suivre. Le seul bémol est une cuisine un peu trop quelconque par rapport à d’autres hôtel de ce standing.

Corona-Hygiene-Konzept nur auf dem Papier
Zunächst die positiven Aspekte: Zimmer samt Bad waren geräumig und sauber, der Blick vom Balkon in Richtung Seis prima (es gibt allerdings auch Zimmer mit Ausrichtung zur Straße). Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, der kostenlos nutzbare Bus zur Seibahn auf die Seiser Alm fast direkt am Hotel. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Essen war prima, am Morgen konnten die Gänge für das Abendessen gewählt werden. Nicht so gut: WLAN funktionierte nicht gut, Matratzen viel zu hart, Kopfkissen sollten auch getauscht werden. Die Kellner wirkten zeitweise unkoordiniert. Beim Frühstück wartete man ewig auf Kaffee. Jetzt ein echtes Manko in Zeiten von Corona: Wenn auch beim Check-in das Hygiene-Konzept vorgestellt und per Info-Zettel mitgeteilt wurde, ein Teil der Gäste (meist italienische) hielten sich nicht daran oder hatten die Maske entweder nur über Mund oder sonst wie getragen - und das auch bei der Nutzung des Buffets zu den Mahlzeiten. Mehrfach wurde die Rezeptionistin darüber informiert - sie wollte die Kellner noch einmal informieren. Es passierte aber nichts - Kellner unterhielten sich sogar mit Gästen ohne Mundschutz am Buffet. Das Hygienekonzept ist ein Lippenbekenntnis, da es offensichtlich nicht stringent umgesetzt wird. Da ist das Hotel in der Pflicht und Verantwortung! Das kenne ich wesentlich besser! Insofern gemischte Gefühle - an sich gutes Wanderhotel, zu CoVid-Zeiten würde ich jedoch nicht wiederkommen.

Wir waren 1Woche da. In dieser Zeit gab es nur eine geführte Wanderung und die kostete pro Person 23 Euro. Unser Zimmer war groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dieses Zimmer war ruhig, aber Gäste mit Zimmer in Richtung Straße sind durch Verkehrslärm beinträchtigt. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr schön. Wir hätten uns mehr Betreuung gewünscht, z. B. eine "Morgenzeitung" mit Vorschlägen für den Tag oder Wassergymnastik im Hallenbad oder Wanderungen, die bei dem Hotelpreis eigentlich inklusiv sein müssten.

Tolles Hotel in einer schönen Landschaft!
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage! Von dort kann man super nach Bozen, Meran oder zum Gardasee fahren! Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes und warmes Charakter! Das Design ist toll mit Holz und Moderne aussagestarker! Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und sehr sauber! Leider sind die Matratzen sehr hart! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr vielseitig und die selbstgemachten Teigwaren sind einfach lecker! Das Kuchenbüffet am Nachmittag ist toll, vorallem der Apfelstrudel war top! Wir hatten zwar nur ÜN mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aber dennoch abends im Hotel gegessen! Die 4-Gänge-Menüs waren sehr lecker! Das Salatbüffet war vielseitig und täglich anders! Das Personal typisch italienisch ein wenig „chaotisch“ aber sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Das Wellness-Center habe ich leider nicht geschafft zu besuchen! Auf jedenfall eine Reise Wert!

Harde matrassen en hele slechte kussens. Temperatuur in de kamer slecht regelbaar. Eten kan veel beter! Bij het ontbijt kregen we oploskoffie

Parc Hotel Miramonti
Hotel grande, tipico per famiglie, a mezzoretta da Bolzano salendo verso l'Alpe di Siusi (non comodissimo se si vuol girare per mercatini di giorno, passare in hotel e tornare a BZ per cena - in quel caso sceglierei un albergo più vicino alla città). Bella SPA, spaziosa, senza limite di cambio asciugamani, ma purtroppo aperta solo dalle 16 alle 19 (mentre la piscina è aperta tutto il giorno). La prima notte c'era un problema con la caldaia e in camera faceva freddo. Non ce lo si aspetta da un 4 stelle, ma è giusto dire che la signorina in reception è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito una stufa elettrica. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Se tornassi chiederei una camera con vista sulla valle.
