"the studio was perfect, except had issues to cool it down a bit. opening window helped, but with room over the cross road, it's possible only for a while. premises for breakfast were kind of tight, mainly at the rush time around 7."

"Very nice stay - Personal very polite - decoration at the top, breakfast very nice, and sauna open till 22:00 which is good for a relaxing moent. Rooms are very comfortable, with a Nespresso machine on the room which brings any meeting to a nice moment spent in the room. I will for sure come back if any travel brings me to Aalen again "

"had to remind again the receptionist like 2 times, that I'd like to receive invoice, since I paid already. Like it would not be obvious. Unfortunately had a room next to fitness, which is equiped primarily with treadmills, noisy and makes vibrations. Asked them to lock it up between 22pm-6am, but still there were early a late runners. Shower was also with black stains. Felt less comfortable this week."

"We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. I can't recomment this hotel enough. We will keep coming back."

"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. There is no A/C in the rooms and it is on a noisy street. The front of the hotel was covered in giant spiders and mosquitoes attacked me all night. Not my best stay of late. Won’t be back…"
