"This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. "Hotel is on the first floor of a “building” accessed through an alley which is not really inviting. Hotel is fine. Building is a dump. Neighborhood was just ok. Nice mall next to the hotel but the surrounding area was nothing special. Kudos to the hotel team for making the best of a challenging situation. No complaints once you’re inside. And everyone was over the top trying to make your experience a good one. But the elevator and building lobby border on horrific. "

"Stayed at a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street just off Piazza dei Martiri, an ideal location that feels peaceful while still being central. The building itself has a beautiful historic charm, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
