"The room was fresh and clean as well as tidy. The breakfast was good quality and value for money. The hotel is also located in the centre of Albert which is very convenient. The hotel proprietor was helpful and welcoming."

"We arrived very late and found the self check in kiosk didn't work. We eventually got through to an attendant who came and organised key cards for us. Luckily he hadn't left before we tried to access our rooms as these cards didn't work, he sorted this out but the whole check in process took around 45 minutes at 3am so it wasn't the best experience. The attendant was nice and helpful; the rooms were very basic but clean."
