We loved our stay at the Sofitel. Very clean and very conveniently located. The staff was very welcoming and absolutely nice. We were at first given a junior suite on the 12th floor. The heating unit was too loud and unbearable, they immediately sent someone to inspect it and - given that there was no working around it - they moved us to another suite and - without asking - they included next morning complimentary breakfast at their wonderful Opaline Restaurant.

Staff was kind, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent. My only 2 complaints, which are not biggies, are that the beds are not comfortable and that i didnt like being harrassed daily to buy a vacation package for hilton. I would however stay here again.

This hotel was brilliant, its location is next to the Galleria but the hotel itself is great, facilities are excellent. What makes this hotel even better are the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
