This is a mid-range hotel so dont expect 5 star luxury. I found the reception staff to be really pleasant and helpful and willing to assist me at all times, which was great. The location was ideal, right in the heart of things which meant that it was a little noisey in the evening at times, but easily sorted with the aid of ear plugs. Great stay and looking forward to returning!

Great location and view, only downside was the shower drainage would constantly flood the bathroom and hot water didn’t work most times. Staff were incredible and helpful.

Excellent location, right on the boardwalk and close to the fish market and restaurants. However, there are not enough parking spots. Alsi, no shampoo, conditioner were provided. Poor drainage in the shower.

Small(about 20 or so rooms) ,pleasant 4-story(has elevator)hotel in a great location in the scenic marina arrea.My room faced the marina promenade yet was quiet.Very helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable bed,modern rooms. Screens on door and windows -so I could sleep with terrace door open.This hotel is in the best location to explore this lovely ,historic and scenic town.5-10 minute walk to the famous Lycian rock tombs.Hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute radius. Taxis nearby.

A wonderful view over the harbour
We stayed two nights at Orka. We had a fabulous room with views overlooking the harbour. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We managed to find a space to park right outside of the hotel during our stay but space was limited. We would recommend Orka and would definitely stay again.

The property was good for the price. The location is central. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant downstairs and it is quite boisy at night. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

The location is everything, you are in the centre of all the action and this hotel is lovely. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo woman traveler so I highly recommend for other solo travellers. I will stay here from now on whenever I am in Fethiye.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Orka Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location - very close to many restaurants and shopping, as well as boats for tours of the islands and ferry to Greece. Some cons - it was quite noisy at night and the WiFi was extremely spotty for iPhones. The room was in fine condition, but certainly looked better online. Lastly, parking was extremely stressful and laborious. Cars double park in a tiny parking lot shared by the local taxi office. While we didn’t have an issue ever getting parking next to the hotel, we altered our plans slightly to ensure availability (i.e., returning to the hotel a little earlier). Overall, this is a nice place to stay.

Good
Very central and convenient location for those who look for nighttime activities. No problems inside the room. Parking is available, but it's always difficult to reach because of the narrow street and taxis. The personnel at reception didn't seem engaged and wasn't quite welcoming (but wasn't rude either). There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can find it at nearby cafes.

We stayed here 4 years ago & that’s why we returned because it was a nice experience. Not this time. Mouldy, smelly shower area, hard uncomfortable beds but the main issue was there is no longer a buffet breakfast available (which used to be amazing) we were presented with a made up plate of a couple of bits of ham/cheese with several plastics containers of jam, honey etc & a basket of dry bread. You were also given 1 cup of tea or coffee but that was it, no 2nd cup unless you paid for it. They also no longer have a bar so no alcohol served. All of this for around £90 a night (as we supposedly had one of the best rooms) We did let the receptionist know on departure, they did look rather embarrassed. We will definitely not be back, a complete rip off!!

We had a very nice room with a view of the bay. Goo sized and had a small sitting area. Huge sliding door with a bug screen and a balcony. Pros: Very nice and helpful staff with good command of English. Decent location with good access to shopping and restaurants. Cons: Biggest con was mold and mildew in the shower. Construction work in the lobby are (is scheduled for completion by 5/22). Rooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. There was dust under the bed and on top of cabinets, etc. Tiny elevator, big enough for just 2 people. Could not get the AC to switch to cool mode. It was very very hot in the room even with the slider wide open. If they can fix the above issues, they would be one of hte best options.

We just noticed that, Expedia blocks bad reviews of hotels. But Orka Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional. We had a waterfront room. The view was the best you can imagine. Everything was excellent. The hotel and location is first class, however to be charged the same rate as normal when everything was not available. Restaurant closed, Bar closed. Could only eat take away meals. Should have been reduced rates
