Stayed one night. Room we stayed in appeared to be recently modernised and clean. Tiled floors, recently plastered walls , basic modern furniture design with a good firm bed. Decent shower. Paid £45 , fair price.

Staff lovely can not do enough to help you. Do not sell alcohol so if thats whatbyou want you will have to go elsewhere. But i dont mind having non alcoholic drinks. Rooms cleaned regularly. Hotel and pool lovely and clean

Very quiet small boutique hotel would definitely stay again, very near the main walking area, plan to stay again, only concern was my balcony door didn’t lock.

Excellent Customer Service and clean hotel!

The whole experience was amazing! The hotel was very clean. Amazing and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. I want to thank the staff especially Abdul, Hassan and Aisha who went out of their way when me and my family needed something and made my wife birthday special out of nothing. Breakfast and food is also very nice. We always ate in the hotel. No need to go anywhere else. Would definitely come back again and recommend friends and families to this hotel. 10/10

The service and staff were average. However, the room didn’t have even basic items like glasses, plates, or drinking water. The pool was very dirty and unusable. The breakfast was the same every day and tasted bad. This was my first and definitely last time staying at this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures

The shower area could have been cleaner , hand shower did not work , shower head was not working but got replaced after asking , vanity drain is slow due to improper plumbing , vanity sink is loose due to improper installation , soap dispenser in the shower was empty Need more attention to details

Odalar, çarsaflar temizdi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. konumu uygun.. ölüdeniz hisarönü çarşıya yakın.. havuz bahçe keyifli.. sadece Banyonun elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Duş çerçeveleri ve lavabo musluğu küflü ve duş alırken su banyonun içine geliyordu. Fakat konaklama için fiyat performans iyiydi.. teşekkür ederiz

Olumsuz yorumları okuyunca biraz tedirgin gitmistim. Ama tahminimden cok daha iyi ve temiz bir oteldi. Biz jakuzili odada kaldik. Oda gayet temizdi. Jakuzi klima hersey calisiyordu. Kahvaltisi fiyat performans. Kötü değil idare ederdi. Barlar sokağına yakın oldugu icin yürüyerek her yeri gezebilirsiniz. Alkol satmiyorlar. Ancak dısaridan getirip odada tüketebilirsiniz. Aile isletmesi. Sessiz sakin bir oteldi.

Oda temizliği için temizlik kartı koyduğumuzda ters çevrilip temizlendiğini gördük.Temizlik yapıldığından havlularımızı değiştirmediklerini gördük.El sabunumuz bittiği halde koyulmadığını gördük.Kahvaltıda açık büfe olmasına rağmen suyu bile 1 bardak zor aldık.Herşeyin üstü açık olduğunda sineklerin uçuştuğunu gördük.Kahve makinası koymuşlar ama buz gibi yapıyodur kahveyi.Bir daha tatile gidecek olsam asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.Son gün çalışanların yaklaşımıda asla hoş değildi.
