"Me and my husband were quite impressed while staying at hotel Duomo. From clean comfortable rooms, fantastic staff which was always available and helpful, a breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning view over the lake. Can’t wait to go visit again!"

"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"If you’re looking for a place in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect. No car is needed, as everything is within walking distance. Plus, if you enjoy music and a good drink, there’s a great spot just around the corner from the hotel."

"Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning."
