Only flaw was that pool was under construction.. neighbouring hotel gave us access but the majority of the chairs were in deplorable condition… loungers ripped etc
Only 2 cabanas were available and in decent shape… all the other chairs and tables were broken

Room and bed were perfect. Full breakfast was nice and complete. I was able to check in early thanks to staff. Location is excellent and convenient for airport access or MetroRail/TriRail connections.

The seemed to be very new and limited furniture and very barebones. We stayed for a few days and didn’t even have salt and pepper… didn’t even have chairs to sit on in kitchen so had to ask for those and they said they were limited on furniture. Not sure what’s going on. Regardless when we wrote the app, they came and tried to deliver what they could.

Our shower kept backing up and flooding the bathroom but they did come fix it. It just makes it hard when the bathroom isn’t accessible after a Long Beach day with kids.

It is located close to the cruise port and airport, but public transit is poor. Buses run approximately only once per hour. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
