Abdul was amazing, he takes care of all his guest, very responsive, will make sure you don’t get scammed and you can text and call him and he will be there for You, loved the service and the breakfast was great as well.
Mr Mohammed was very nice contacted us before arrival to let us know where to park since parking is 5 minutes walk from hotel and wasn’t easy to locate our room was very nice with all the amenities as well as the breakfast.
We hit the lottery finding this place in Fez. Mohamed and his crew were amazing. Our stay felt more like staying at a family member or friends house than a hotel. The building is beautiful, clean, the room was big and so beautiful with Moroccan art. The food was delicious and Mohamed was very helpful in finding us an excellent tour guide.
I do not recommend this Riad. The staff displayed extreme rudeness from the very first moment. One of the reception employees even adopted an aggressive attitude. Our arrival was particularly difficult, and throughout our stay we felt intimidated.
Although other rooms were available, we were placed in the worst possible one: on the ground floor, exposed to the constant noise of the Medina. The bathroom has no enclosure, so when taking a shower, the entire space becomes wet. Additionally, our room was not cleaned a single morning, despite numerous requests made to the staff.
The television did not work, and we had the clear impression that this was an act of retaliation. To make matters worse, we sensed a tone of homophobia in the service, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.
We do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances. The service quality was so unsatisfactory that we give it zero stars. Avoid this place.

Buscas otro y no pagas ?
Riad precioso y personal super amable.

The riad was beautiful but a bit difficult to find. The best way to get there is to go up the steps opposite the Pharmacie Amine on the main road and turn right about 3/4 of the way up where the paths cross. The riad itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly, even offering to walk us to another riad for dinner. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of food. The riad is in the heart of the medina so is situated within what seems like a maze of alleyways which could make some travellers uneasy, especially at night, but we didn't have any problems. The room was simple but clean, although some might be put off by the bathroom situation as the door was like a swinging stable door which meant there wasn't total privacy (This wasn't a problem as we were a couple, but it might be if you are not family etc)
You will likely hear various animals and possibly the prayer call (I heard it at 5am) but this is to be expected in this location.
Overall, I would recommend this riad if you would like an authentic experience in the heart of the medina. We would stay here again.
We really enjoyed staying here. It's in the Medina but just a few minutes walk from a main road to one of the main gates, so nice location. Breakfast was nice, very low key, no pressure to take their tours or eat at the riad which we appreciated. Very nice quiet atmosphere. If anything, I could only say it was a bit chilly in the main space, but I think thats just how these traditional houses are, they don't really heat them, so when it's cold it's cold, our room had a very nice hvac unit and it was nice and toasty after a cold day walking around.
Very good stay. The Riad is great and is as the photos. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. They help us getting a last minute trip to the desert wich I reccomend. Thank you all!
good location, great breakfast, value for the mone
nice riad, good location.
but very odd design about the bathroom. it was near the room right beside the entrance and there was no door! anyone get into the room will be able to see you in showing. not feeling safe! bad design
The location is very close to the medina and vibrant which is excellent! The allies are beautiful. The rooms are very nice and the staff is always willing to help and gives great service.
