"Im not sure where this hotel got its 5 stars .... it must of fallen from the sky because the palce doesnt even deserve 2 stars. its a beautiful 16 centry building but its run in a very bad way.... dirty, rooms not cleaned, no hot water, rusty water that you need to wait 10 minutes for it to clear.... a joke. and becarfull with the scammers that help you to find parking.
