"I originally booked a smaller room with ocean front access. Upon arrival, due to a recent surgery, the room was too small for my needs. I called Whitney the next morning and explained my issue. She was able to move us to larger room without any issue. Kenzie had the room ready for our move and assisted us with our luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness and support they showed. This is a quaint motel among many in Old Orchard Beach but the won our vote with their hospitality."
