The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! "The crusty silver haired gent who assisted us during our stay is a character with a heart of gold. Our room had a spectacular view of the coastline from the balcony. The bed was firm, the shower hot and strong, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. On street parking is very limited but we got a park pretty close to the accommodation so ...happy. The ZTL wasn't activated but the streets are very narrow - we chose not to try but walked the streets and there's plenty of eateries...

"This property abd location is absolutely unique and is ‘bucket list material’ for sure. The small appartment has excellent hotel standard and the view from the room is breathtaking. On top og that, the whole concept of living in the once abandoned and now revigorated, small and beautiful village, Pentidattilo, is a great experience! The service is superb!
