4/5 - Good
Excellent location to go west-East North-South of the beautiful island Menorca

Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff.

It was ok. Staff slightly rude at points. Room smelt of mould and damp.

The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. ...

Clean but dated accomodation, in need of some modernisation. Very easy access to beach and the pool was lovely too

The actual area of the hotel isn't Ferreries. The Ferreries area is quite simple, with some stores you need and a fuel station. Gala Galdana/ Serpentona do not have a fuel station, so remember to get fuel in Ferreries, same prices as UK fuel approx
Trying to park near the hotel was a nightmare - very busy.
Look forward to exploring Minorca on another trip.
