The hotel had a fantastic location and the staff was always super helpful and quick to respond to any request. Breakfast was very tasty and varied and the coffee simply delicious. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Ferrara is a good place to stay if you also want to visit other places like Verona, Bologna, Padova, etc.

Very central, quiet location in the pedestrian area of the town. Some more drawer space for clothes would have been useful, but overall the room was very satisfactory.

I really enjoyed my stay at downtown ! The room was very spacious and bright . The room was very clean with lots of amenities, including tv, kettle and microwave . Breakfast , coffe and tea refilled every morning . The host , Marco has been amazing, friendly and always available . I really recommend Downtown Ferrara !

Fantastic hotel in the historic centre of this beautiful renaissance city which is often missed by visitors to Italy. If you are a fan of Florence , Sienna etc. Ferrara is definitely a city to visit.

This is an absolute gem of a place and a must to stay at if you are looking to visit this area. nothing was to much trouble for anybody and we were made to feel very welcome. What they have done with gardens to make it feel like a holiday place is nothing short of spectacular. The one slight downside for us but actually it didn't take anything away from our stay is that the Bar/Snack Bar closed at 8.00pm and there wasn't a lot to do once that had closed in an evening. Lovely hotel really close to the town centre. Room was spaciois, had an amazing shower, and breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff too. Great stay
