excelente ubicación.

Excelente estadía. Hotel muy recomendable por su magnifica ubicación en el centro turístico de Ferrara. Habitaciones grandes y limpias, comedor acogedor y bien atendido.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’hotel è nel cuore del centro storico di Ferrara ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi. La colazione è ottima ed è possibile farla su una splendida terrazza che affaccia sulla piazza del duomo. Se tornassi a Ferrara sicuramente ci tornerei. 👍👍👍

Hotel situato al centro vicinissimo alla bellissima piazza di Trento e Trieste,molto confortevole,meravigliosa terrazza e sala da colazione da cui si può godere la vista della cattedrale. Gestori e personale assai cortese è disponibile. Buffet vario e abbondante.

Dobry hotel w świetnym położeniu

Świetnie położenie hotelu - obok katedra, zamek. Samo serce miasta, wszędzie blisko. Pokój nr 305 przestronny, czysty, ciepły, z pięknym widokiem na katedrę. Łazienka duża i wygodna. W pokoju lodówka, biurko. Bardzo fajny hotelowy taras, z fantastycznym widokiem, czynny jak cała recepcja do 22.00 . Śniadanie typowo włoskie, do wyboru wędlina, sery, kilka ciast - w tym co godne uwagi, jedno lokalne - typowo ferraryjskie :) Obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna, nie było wi - fi, ale udało nam się załatwić hot spot.

Ambiance familiale; grande amabilité du personnel; propreté très bien; grande chambre avec vue superbe sur la place de la cathédrale; vaste entrée avec dressing; belle salle de bain avec équipement complet; petit déjeuner comprenant de bonnes viennoiseries et de la charcuterie locale pris dans une belle salle ou sur une terrasse ayant vue sur la vieille ville. La situation de l'hôtel permet de visiter à pied tous les monuments intéressants ainsi que, notamment, les anciennes rues de la cité médiévale, le quartier juif, le cimetière hébraïque et les remparts. Conclusion : cet hôtel présente l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix que nous avons connu dans notre expérience de voyages

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitate la città

L'Hotel si presenta male nell'ingresso ma non lasciatevi condizionare al terzo piano troverete un ottima accoglienza, belle stanze (specie quelle che guardano la piazza), un bel terrazzo sulla piazza dove fare colazione. Condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso, colazione dolce OK ma scarsa quella salata. Ottima posizione per visitare la città.

Mixed experience

We had booked a double room for our son and his fiancée and a twin room for ourselves. As it was a special occasion we asked for views with both rooms. In the event our son's fiancée was unable to make the trip. When we arrived we were told there had been a mixup and we would have to move temporarily to what was admittedly a better room which we did. But they wanted our son to move into a single room which was tiny and not very nice. We refused this and after a lot of hassle and stress we were given the rooms we originally booked. Our son's room had a view but ours didn't. After this the staff made every effort to help. The hotel is superbly appointed, the beds extremely comfortable and given its location very quiet. The breakfasts are however poor, nothing fresh and everything prepackaged. Too many sweet cakes, sugary drinks and cereals. The overall impression is of a beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and beds but with mediocre customer service.

In pieno centro con vista spettacolare.

Ottima sistemazione al centro di Ferrara, proprio in piazza della Cattedrale. Dalle finestre della camera si vedono il Palazzo Comunale, il fianco della Cattedrale e si intravede il Castello Estense. La vista è senz'altro il punto di forza dell'Hotel. La camera è ampia e molto confortevole, perfettamente rispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. La ubicazione strategica permette di avere a portata di mano tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Da consigliare.

Ottima posizione praticamente a due passi dalla cattedrale sulla quale si affaccia con una incantevole vista tramite una terrazza confortevole e accogliente. Personale molto disponibile,gentile e pronto a esaudire richieste e informazioni. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa, al cui interno fra l'altro sono disponibili brochure,guide e mappa della città. Conveniently located and great view

The hotel has rooms overlooking the piaza and rooms which don't. I was lucky I got one of those with the really view of the piaza and the cathedral. Breakfast is fine and staff is super friendly. The breakfast can be have on top of a arch/balcony which is really fresh (nice breeze in those hot days)

Una terrazza sul Duomo

Bird's Eye View of Ferrara

The hotel sits right in the centre of the old town, with a breakfast terrace overlooking both the cathedral and the castle. Many of the rooms look out over the ancient tiled rooftops of the city. It couldn't be better placed.

Posizione centrale con vista duomo. L'hotel si trova nella ZTL ma il proprietario vi rilascera' un permesso speciale per caricare e scaricare, poi dovrete parcheggiare a 300mt fuori le mura. Camere molto grandi e confortevoli. Ottima la colazione.
