We upgraded to a remodeled room once we arrived. The room was ok, some of the plug ins / USB ports didn’t work, the A/C was so loud it was hard to sleep. During our last night an evacuation alarm went off after we were asleep. We had to go down 21 flights of steps (the last two floors were covered in garbage and urine) and found out it was a false alarm. It was a confusing mess. I would not stay here again.

I started getting nervous after reading negative reviews, but we had a great experience. Loved the location and views. Casino was great. I wish the restaurants and stores were open 24 hours, but other than that, I would definitely recommend.

The best thing about this place is its location in the middle of the forest and its very friendly staff, especially at the Reception Desk Mr. Mahran exemplifies professionalism and hospitality. He was amazingly helpful and polite and made our stay so much more enjoyable.
