"Beautiful new hotel. Loved the hot tubs out by the river. Stunning! Amazing service when checking in . Very friendly. On checkout day I stopped to get a coffee from the machine and staff was not kind. She scolded me for walking on her mopped floor(no wet floor sign). I appogized and had to beg for a coffee.
