Fèrebrianges Trip

This was a fantastic hotel and added to the experience of our holiday. Everything was very clean, and the room cleanliness was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the parking was secure for our cars. The breakfast was nice with a lot of variety, and the hotel staff—from reception to the breakfast team including the cleaners who serviced the room each day, —were exceptional. ​It was also a very convenient place to stay, as taking the RER train from the hotel straight to Disneyland Paris or into central Paris was perfect. On top of that, having free ice-cold drinkong water available at hotel reception was a fantastic touch, especially with temperatures reaching between 28°C and 35°C during our stay. This was really appreciated, particularly for our children traveling with us. ​Overall, it's a hotel we would definitely recommend to others and one we would definitely consider staying at again in the future.

Stayed in a junior suite which had ample space and great layout with balcony and breakfast Pros: clean, spacious, 2 toilets, fridge, dishwasher, breakfast great. Pool and hot tub. Cons: no soap dispenser second toilet or kitchen, no English Channels or option to have own Netflix log in the room

Overall condition of the hotel is extremely good, staff are friendly, but spa staff seem a little untrained. 3 staff members thought it better to chat to each other instead of attending to a customer stood in front of them., which was picked up by another member of staff who was on the phone. Gym and pool facilities are excellent and the pool spa is incredible, and very good for families, although no lifeguard could be seen. Check in and out process seems relatively long and overly complex, not sure why. Just a short distance from Disney on the free shuttle bus, I would just add that the driving was not the best, given it is a bus full of children. I would stay here again, and very much enjoyed the stay.
