"Empfang chaotisch, Personal konnte keine Rechnung erstellen, Rechnung sollte am nächsten Morgen im Postfach liegen, war nicht der Fall und bis heute nicht erfogt. Im Zimmer durchgängig die ganze Nacht Geräusche der Lüftung der Küche unterhalb des Zimmers - geht gar nicht. Im Zimmer und Bad deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen - dringender Renovierungsbedarf !!!! "One of the best hotels I've been to! Excellent spa hotel with 2 indoor pools. The breakfast is great and has lots of options. A few bus stops from Ratnaus Spandau train station where you can catch s+u bahn and trains to other cities."
