"This historic home in Charlevoix was a comfortable, convenient place to stay. We happened to get one of the smaller rooms, and yet it was still comfortable. Steffan was an excellent host, and he provided a delicious breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend this property!"

"We splurged, hoping for a top of the line experience. The hotel is very attractive. The staff was friendly. However, corners were cut in ways that didn't make sense for a place that costs well over $300 night. The complimentary breakfast was very basic, Hampton Inn variety food. There were not actual coffee mugs. Just those foamy paper type cups. The Earl puts a lot of effort into maintaining two bars. Martini glasses abound. Couldn't we have a simple coffee cup?"

"It was a great place for one night. The facility is a bit tired, but has super friendly staff. I think that the suites could totally handle a king-size bed. I would recommend the hotel upgrade to king beds when they purchase new ones."

"It was the little touches from the personalized note to wonderful selections of beverages and snacks in my room. The dinner menu, though brief, had variety. I had a new item, ricotta on sour dough toast.........it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, I will be sure to recommend."

"Leslie was outstanding with communication and being accommodating. We had a late check in and she made sure it was not an issue. The room was spotless and just what we needed for a quick stay before traveling the next day. We've already said this will be our go to spot on our travels next time"
