I want to mention the staff first. They were friendly, hospitable and so helpful. A special mention to the lady at reception who helped me with an issue on Ali pay. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you.
Now for the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, in a convenient area. Close enough to the subway and about 15 minute walk to Tian’anmen square.
The hotel was spotless.
Breakfast plentiful, catering by for all tastes.
I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was lucky enough to return to Beijing.

The Pan Pacifica hotel in Beijing was a delight to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially for those of us Americans who seem lost in new countries. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food. The rooms were large with plenty of amenities.
