Good location. Safe underground parking with staff guarding the entrance. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby bar. Nicely equipped room with ample space. Good variety of food choices for breakfast and vegetarian options. The free laundry facility was a good value added feature but the two machines could not keep up with the number of guests waiting to use them. Overall it’s an above average hotel catering to international travelers.

I didn’t know the area well. This is far from Chiayi and Alishan. Very hard to get around without using taxi. Otherwise the staff was wonderful. The breakfast were great.

"Easy and fast check in/ out. Friendly staff. We were able to store our bikes in the luggage room with staff’s help. The bed is cozy. A bit thin wall that you hear bit noises from the hallway."
