"The rooms and hotel is spotless immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable with a safe for storage of valuables. There was an extra single bed to put luggage and clothes on because there are no drawers for storing clothes. And the closet had mix match of clothes hangers not suitable for hanging pants. There are exterior stairs at entrance without handrails posing a tripping hazard. I gripped on a decor plant by the stairs for stability. The breakfast was toast bread and cold cut meats every...

"La struttura è stupenda, una vecchia masseria ristrutturata per accogliere turisti che lascia a bocca aperta. Merito della gradevole conservazione della struttura e la flora circostante… In piscina manca qualche zona d’ombra per tutti…. Il personale è educato e gentile. Colazione molto buona come le pulizie della stanza. Per i viaggiatori con veicoli elettrici diffidate delle informazioni di Expedia perché non è presente nessuna colonnina di ricarica, e trovandosi in mezzo al Salento vi...

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

Nico was a lovely host. Very helpful with local recommendations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with good showers. Air-conditioning struggled a little, but it was exceptionally hot when we were there. The pool was gorgeous. The Masseria is situated in a quiet area, but nothing is very far away. Nico provided a delicious breakfast each morning with croissants, melon, juice and fresh coffee. Amazing cactus garden right outside your room. We felt very safe and peaceful while...

We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot...
