"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Property is well located. Easy walking to all the shops and sites. Room and facilities were clean. Staff friendly. Rooftop pool/tables are small but nice. Gym too. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Parking is close but not linked to hotel, and spaces are too small for a standard sized car. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Hotels.com was completely unhelpful and incompetent. The check-in was not transparent and the hotel wanted to illegally charge me for service animal. When calling hotels the manager didn’t speak or understand English well. The customer service experience with hotels.com has gone down and I will be using their competitors moving forward. "

"The room was very clean and a nice size for a double room. They have a little self service spot area, which is nice for those who like that. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!"

"One of the nicest hotels with the best staff I have ever stayed at and far from the most expensive. My one critique is their 3rd party providers. The massages they offer are a 3rd party off site and werent great (especially for the price) and the car rental companies they reccomend add some hidden fees. Everything about the property, room and internal staff were top notch."

"Double Sea View Room. I will qualify this by saying that it may just be us, but at this price point we expected much better. Perhaps for this location it's more of a budget hotel? They put us on the first floor (one up from street level). Really lousy view, trees, cars, 2 light poles shining into our room, but you can see the boats. Being so low we saw almost no horizon and really no view (definitely better than facing another building, but we wouldn't consider it a "Sea View"). Being so low, lots of road noise but they have double patio doors which block most of it, if you are happy to keep them closed. Everyday we had sewer gas entering the room from the shower drain; covering it with a plastic bag and bath mat helped but didn't eliminate the problem. With a connecting door to the adjacent room you can clearly hear conversations and even snoring, but the neighbours were pretty good. Also some plumbing noises from other rooms. We stayed at 3 other hotels on Menorca and Mallorca, this was the most expensive and the only one without a Nespresso machine. In fairness we knew that in advance, but it would be an improvement. We hate writing negative reviews, and again, perhaps we expected too much. Hope it helps."
