Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. "1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers.
2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay.
3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away.
4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival.
5. TV was only connected on last day.
6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."

Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority to ask the guests to lower the music. The situation became even more concerning when some of the guests, who were drunk, became aggressive and even threatened to damage my car if I kept complaining.
I attempted to contact the owner, Anthony, multiple times during the night. When he finally answered, he told me he couldn’t help and mentioned that he didn’t even have details of my booking since it was made through Expedia. This left me feeling both unsafe and unsupported.
Overall, I experienced no rest, no comfort, and no sense of safety during my stay. This is not something I would expect from any accommodation, regardless of price. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves conditions for future guests."
