I had the loveliest stay at Hotel Delga. The location is great - everything's walkable; the room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and quiet; the host is lovely - tremendously helpful; and Gaillac itself was serene - you really get to unplug from the bustle that inevitably comes with bigger cities. We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Our room was great, spacious en suite bathroom, air conditioning which with temperatures of 40 degrees outside (canicule), was really appreciated, tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. An easy walk into Gaillac for dinner (bring a torch) and not far from routes to Albi and Toulouse. Breakfast outside in the shade of trees and the company of other guests and our hosts was delightful. Croissants, bread, homemade...

Charming old village house, stylishly refurbished with a lovely mix of quality new bathrooms and beds and antique furnishings, set in lush, rural rolling countryside with far reaching views. Discrete service, and very accommodating when we had a day of illness and needed to stay in the room all day. Generous fresh breakfast of pastries and cheeses every day.

We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town.

A very nice, clean and tidy hotel in the centre of Albi. The staff were great and check out wasn’t until midday. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for two nights in September and had a very pleasant time. Car parking was easy and free, the welcome warm and helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfasts excellent (though not cheap at 9.90€). The walk into town, past ornamental fountains and illuminated water displays, was short, and the hotel quiet even though central (and the road and pavement outside was being completely remade!)
