We chose this establishment because our home required a repair. The check in process was quick but we were surprised by the $50 additional per night fee for our pet. These fees were not shown on the website. Also, there were some areas of deferred maintenance noticed.

The property was well maintained and the staff was great! The room on the pool side was a little noisy because of the main road. The room fridge was rickety but I was happy to have one. All in all a decent stay if you have reason to be in Fayetteville. Clean and friendly!

It was very outdated. Not what I was expecting for the money. Bathroom door was within an inch of the toilet when closing door. Only one side of bed had a night stand. Was on an end room with the smoking bench right around the corner (I have asmtha). I could hear foot steps in room above us as well when they took a shower. No channel guide in room with very small choice of channels. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Absolutely Horrible place to stay
No hot water. Room not cleaned as there was still items like a half of the water bottle somebody’s mail or left in the room. The shower still had dirt rings around it. Even when we complained to the front desk, they seemed to not care at all.

My stay at the Quality Inn wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The person that checked me in, asked for my DL, phone number, email and the last four digits of the card that I used on line to pay for the room. My issue was, the person verified me with my DL, phone number and email. That should have been enough especially since the room was already paid. If I wasn't able to give that person the last four of the card that was used to pay for the room, that person would not have given me a paid room. I find this unacceptable since the person had already verified who I was. It wasn't necessary for me to then, tell this person the last four digits of my card. This person also didn't inform me of the breakfast in the morning. Since this was not my first time staying there, I knew it was available but I still wasn't informed about breakfast. Also right outside my room people were smoking cigarettes in a non smoking area of the hotel. Overall, this just wasn't a good stay.

When I arrived at the hotel I noticed my room door was slightly ajar and didn't think much of it. No one was in the room and it was clean for the most part. The next day when I tried to leave my room- I discovered that I was locked in. Windows don't open all the way and this was a complete fire hazard. (was rescued by the office at 6:45am downstairs) Also, to top it off breakfast was not really ready ...no coffee, no biscuits, just eggs. Stay in the hotel across the way for your own safety and well being.

When I checked in the facility looked cute and cozy. A bit run down. When I got to my room I was disgusted by the smell of mildew and wet dog. The manager was not on site to talk to. They refused my request for a refund, as they had no other rooms available for me. I did not stay.

My online reservation was easy. The check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I didn't care for the keeping of my debit card info for the unknowns due to me being scammed once by doing that.

It is a dump! Smells really bad. Carpet is really dirty in hallways and rooms. I checked out and ate one nights room cost. When we got to room late the first night it did not have sheets on the bed. Really was bad! Sleep in your car V’s staying here!

Staycation spoiled (smoke Odor)
My husband and I were assigned a room that smelled like someone had previously smoked in the room. My husband has breathing problems and we were told that they were fully booked and could not assign us another room. I called hotels.com to cancel the reservation no help. After checking in at 3:00 pm, We arrived for the stay around 6:30pm at 12:300pm we had to leave and return home because he could not breathe in that room. Stay cation spoiled. We did not return.
