"Our stay unfortunately wasn’t the relaxing overnight we were hoping for. When we got to the room, there were ladybugs all over the ceiling, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We understand bugs can happen, but the number of them made it seem like the room hadn’t been checked recently. Later in the evening, there was a loud party happening in a meeting room directly across the hall. The noise carried through the hallway and into the room and went on until close to midnight, which made it difficult to relax and get any rest. The next morning I went to ask for coffee, and the staff member I spoke with seemed bothered by the request rather than welcoming. It left us feeling like we were inconveniencing them just by asking. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable overnight stay. A little more attention to room conditions, noise management, and guest service would go a long way toward improving the experience."

"The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the dinner in the evening and the breakfast. My only complaint was that the silverware at breakfast was so flimsy it was impossible to eat with. Other than that small detail, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
