"Needed dishsoap and paper towels for the kitchen. None were available. Had to wait for an employee for 10-15 minutes. Seems like they do the check in and clean the rooms too. Cannot get help from 9 pm to 9 am. Expected breakfast, had none. Tub leaked water from the base and almost fell getting out of it."

"I just needed to stay for the weekend with my Yorkie. The room was clean & plenty of room for my dog. It’s perfect for brining a pet. There’s a park next to the property & we took my dog got a walk. I was very upset because my key worked but the door knob wouldn’t open my door consistently. The young gentleman who checked me in was great & very apologetic; but I feel like they should’ve offered me another room. Of course the next day the office manager didn’t know what was going on-the door opened. Of course. But my concern was that it may not open the next time. I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast because I was afraid i wouldn’t be able to get back in my room. But otherwise it room was comfortable."

"Lovely new property with a blend of modern design and southern comforts. Highly recommend. The only draw bound is the sound of the ac unit in the room- it is very loud."

"Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The only complaint i have is that when we checked in our car was taken by valet, we went inside to check in and we were told that the valet can range anywhere from 30-$70 a night depending on what was going on in the area. We went and put our luggage and came back down and told the valet we didn’t want to use their valet services. He said he would make sure we were not charged for the short time they had our car so we selfed park the rest of the stay. But we were in fact charged by the valet for $30. Called the hotel and he took down my info and no one has ever called me back. Had to reverse the charge with our credit card company."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast bar but it looked great"

"Staff was very friendly ( shout out to AJ) and considerate of my physical handicap . Entertainment Sat night was great . Bar and food prices were reasonable .Room was good but drawer space was very limited . Bathroom / shower was clean and adequate for single traveler but might be cramped for family of 4.overall pleased and I’d stay again if 1-2 travelers"
