"Here’s a more polished version that keeps the enthusiasm but reads naturally and credibly as a five-star review: We had an absolutely fantastic stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, incredibly professional, and everything throughout the hotel was impeccably organized. The value for the quality of the experience is outstanding. We had read great things about the food before arriving, but it actually exceeded our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional and became a highlight of our stay. The location is spectacular, with beautiful views and easy access to everything the Dolomites have to offer. The spa was another standout—beautiful, diverse, exceptionally clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned and organized every day to an extraordinary standard. Everything in this hotel runs with incredible precision, while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. When we return to the Dolomites, there is no question where we will stay again. Highly recommended—one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time."

"Loved the stunning views and private balcony, total vibe here was amazing, we did stay in a suite. Breakfast was nice in the morning. No AC but cool nights so we were comfortable in September. Check in was confusing as the lady helping us was hard to understand. We stayed in the Asian themed suite and the bed was a bit too low and hard. Dinner food was average."

"The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice bed and cozy comforters. I especially enjoyed being able to open the windows and listen to the music from town in the evening, and later in the night, the sound of the river was lovely. One unusual design feature is the shower. If the handheld wand is left facing outward, it is the first thing that turns on when you start the shower, which can result in water spraying all over the bathroom. It would make more sense for the rain shower to come on first, with the handheld wand as the secondary option. As it is, if housekeeping leaves the wand facing outward, you may get an unexpected shower before you get in! A few things to know about parking: parking at the hotel is not free if you book through a third-party site, and spaces are limited. There is a larger parking lot about an eight-minute walk from the hotel where you can park for €10 per night. You can drive up to the hotel to check in and unload your luggage, but you will then need to move your car to another parking area. Also, be aware of the traffic restrictions in the center of Moena. If you arrive between 5:00–7:00 p.m. or 9:00–10:30 p.m., do not drive into the center of town without first checking with a police officer and getting permission. Otherwise, you may be fined. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it especially nice to experience the evening atmosphere."
