"Don’t ever go to this hotel !!!! PERIOD . Everything is broken in this hotel’s room , from door to lights to cupboards to beds to toilet seats to door locking mechanism abd what not. We just booked to stay for 4 hours to catchup on our sleep after a long journey before proceeding into our next flight . This hotel is in a very shoddy area with vehicle noise penetration into the rooms. The windows would not lock thus had to spend the 4 hours awake due to road noises . Another reason was that the front door lock was loose thus making us scared of robbery or theft. Felt super unsafe st this hotel. Instead of checking out at 3.30 AM we left the hotel at 2.45 AM … just couldn’t sleep. They want to charge you 600 INR for Airport drop off whereas UBER charged us 248 INR Just DON’T EVEN think of this hotel !!!!! "

"Comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Location is very far from the airport but the name on Expedia says that this is an airport hotel and they provide airport shuttle. They don’t have airport shuttle and nobody picks up the phone when I called the hotel number."

"I made my reservation in Orbitz and these people have no clue that I had a reservation when I called them before check-in they said that they had no reservation for me. And that all their rooms are full. What a mess! What confusion. The Reservations guy says that they don’t know what Orbitz is. "
