"It’s a bit run down and not super convenient. We chose the hotel based on reviews, price and proximity to airport and bus station. It is in a quiet area, there’s what looks like a cute walking path along the river (though we didn’t check it out). But to get anywhere took a LONG time. You really need to pre-plan the airport bus (take the #8 to make it 15 min instead of 1.25 hrs) and getting to the city (Piccadilly line) took 2+ hrs. Getting back took longer."

"We had a great experience at this Hotel. We especially appreciated Mohamad, he helped us with our bags on arrival and again on our departure. We were in Rm 25, and at our age (76 & 84)it was a challenge getting up and down the stairs and would have been impossible with our bags. He was so pleasant through out. The breakfast provided was wonderful & all service excellent! The Ladies at the front desk also were very helpful and pleasant! Thank you for a great experience!"

"My stay was perfect, the room was clean, comfortable and little touches like a coffee machine, complementary water in the fridge was great. The shower, a walk in was amazing. Had evening dinner the food was delicious and service quick and lovely staff serving. The English breakfast was filing and perfectly cooked. We were there for a funeral, and the hotel was hosting the wake, very happy with the hospitality of the staff. Plenty of parking, would love to return. Well done everyone"

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted."

"Standard Village hotel, with everything that you would need. Having EV charging was really helpful although parking at the hotel was a real challenge as the hotel was extremely busy. Despite this I would stay again."

"It's in a great location, staff are great. Breakfast was pretty good considering the price. The room was good , very clean and a window that opened. Parking was next to the hotel . Walked to the anvil in 10 minutes."
