We tried to geocache .2 miles from the hotel down by the river trail and felt unsafe because of shady characters under the bridge. Other than that it was a nice area. People were seen to be running and biking on the trail.

It was a great stay and better than the rest. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again when in town. Esp enjoyed the free breakfast.

I recommend this hotel for the reasonable prices. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, no issues with noise and this is where I always stay, when I need a place in Farmington.

Not much handicapped parking. Only 2 slots at the door where you have to go in and then to inside corridors to your room. For those of us who do clean up after our dogs there were not easily accessible trash cans to dispose of the waste. The rooms are a nice size and quiet. So nice to have daily towel changes and the trash emptied.

Needs to be updated. It’s worn out. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so noisy. Curtains wouldn’t close to keep out the light.

I loved the full breakfast every morning--lots of choices and always tasty and hot. I liked the fitness center and used it quite a bit. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, also.

Very nice and helpful staff. Seemed clean. The only problem with this property is that it's old. Sliding glass doors to the outside were very hard to get open. The deadbolt on our door would not work. I would still recommend this property to travelers.

The beds are horrible. They are misshapen with a “trough” in the mattress. They put a foam pad on the mattress but it doesn’t fill the hole!

Check in went well. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s an inexpensive hotel nothing fancy but decent enough. Last time I stayed here without any problems, but this time the fire alarm went off in my room early in the morning and was so loud and ear piercing. It hurt my ears and gave me a headache. It went on for about 10 or 15 minutes. Then, when I went to get my fruits and vegetables out of the refrigerator in the room, they were all frozen and hard as a rock and had to be thrown away.

Staff very friendly high marks. Room very clean. Hotel a little dated but still a nice place to stay. My only complaint would be the shower water pressure was a little low for my liking.
