"During my visit, the TV in my room stopped working for about 1–2 hours due to a technical issue. While this was a bit inconvenient, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and did their best to make things right. I truly appreciate their efforts and hospitality — they made the downtime feel less of an issue. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a good breakfast. I’d be happy to come back again."
