"The front desk staff made my stay and experience in Tirana well worth it. Arta is an amazing professional who is direct yet polite. The pool and food at the rooftop is worth everything. Rooms are comfortable and Internet works well in the room (not in the lobby or rooftop). Artistic design (check out the floor where breakfast is served) of the hotel is quite unique. The room itself was so spacious, with lots of luggage storage, an enormous bed and sitting area. The wardrobe included robes and a safe. There was also a desk that provided a suitable working space. "Our stay was very pleasant and amazing. Atef, the Manager/owner, looks after really well. He was very hospitable, humble and very polite and very helpful as well Staff was extremely helpful, polite and gentle and very good at customer service. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to eat every morning. Room was big and very spacious, nice, clean and tidy Nice indoor pool. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.
