"We stayed here back in 2020 and had a lovely experience so we were excited to return. The resort still has a lot of char, peaceful surroundings, a calming atmosphere and a great location for relaxation. However after five years it feels like not much has changed and not in a good way. The property is starting to show signs of wear and could really use some upgrades and better attention to detail. Breakfast was underwhelming this time around. The quality and freshness of the items weren’t up to...
"We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. The balcony, at least on the first floor, I wish we had not paid for, as it was not...
"Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc.
having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future.

"Great location in the old town and wonderful little hotel. Rooms were v clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a little pedestrianised lane containing numerous shops and restaurants. We were recommended a fish restaurant a few meters away and it was excellent. Staff there v helpful in choosing wines to match our food.
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged for car parking and notifying authorities about waiving fees for entering old town."
