"Id like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service during our recent stay. The entire staff—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping—was attentive, kind, and friendly.Special thanks to Matthew (the manager) and Gianni for the warm welcome and the room upgrade. I also truly appreciate the excellent service from the bellboys, Filmer and Jose to the restaurant Giovanni and Terrence not to forget Jay and Mike from the housekeeping. "This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."
