Great hotel! Spotlessly clean; staff well trained and appeared genuinely happy to be there. Customer service very good. Food very good also. Would stay again.

The location is wonderful and the room was clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great! Will definitely be visiting again.

The room was clean and smell nice. Room has everything you need (fridge, microvawe, kettle, some plate and cutlery)

Lovely place to stay, close to the town, sea views, excellent friendly staff. Second time we have stayed and will come back thank you

Thank you. We had a great time. Lovely room service and welcome.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Great breakfast!

I would really recommend this hotel if you are a dog owner wanting to bring them with you, or if you are looking for a hotel in a lovely location just away from the main bustle of Falmouth. Our room was lovely and spacious, there is an enclosed garden for dogs to run around with, dogs are welcome at mealtimes - perfect. There is also an access point to the SW coastal path about a 10 minute walk away, and two dog friendly beaches (no restrictions) within either 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive...

A great stay

My 3rd time here. Always a pleasure. Rooms are lovely and clean. Quiet location, and only 5 minute walk to town.

Really lovely stay- very comfortable room and felt safe with COVID preventative measures in place. The only negative is they appear to have charged me twice as I had already paid through hotels.com for the two rooms I had booked.

Very welcoming staff , nothing too much trouble , beautiful location , you could be in a movie it's that wonderful , stunning , very relaxing and every one so friendly , I can't wait to return

Loved the "reception" being met in the lounge by lovely staff with a tablet to check us in... and a glass of champain and truffles. The food was superb. A limited vegitarian menue however thye offered to add more to the menue the following nights. They could not have been more helpfull

Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.

We enjoyed our short stay . Very nice location. Will use the hotel again .

This is a lovely old mansion house hotel in beautiful grounds amidst wonderful countryside. Everything about our stay was excellent with a couple of very minor exceptions. In this style and rating of hotel, we would have expected some shampoo rather than only shower gel, some biscuits on the courtesy tray, a couple of real glasses rather than just the flimsy “safety” offerings in the bathroom and a bed that didn’t sag in the middle (Room 22).To be fair, on querying the biscuits on night one,...

Amazing stay!! Perfect location and Catherine was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
